All our Preserves are handmade - prepared in small batches to ensure flavour and quality and are free from artificial colours, additives and preservatives.

Scottish Preserves was launched in 1998 in Blairgowrie, Perthshire by husband and wife team, William and Karen MacLeod. Willie, a chef for many years, has perfected his recipes and expanded the range which has proved popular with customers. You'll see us at the Strathmore & the Glens Community Market, Perth Farmers Market and the Farmers Market in Dundee, to name but three, many Highland Games and Agricultural Shows, as well as, some Scottish delicatessans and grocers. Blairgowrie is the ideal base for our business - situated in the heart of Scotland in the rich fertile valley of Strathmore - long famous for its yield of soft fruits, especially strawberries and raspberries. Quality fruit and vegetables which go into the making are sourced from local Perthshire farmers.
